A small and weak storm system is spiraling off the Northern California coast (seen in the satellite loop below). This will settle down into our area on Wednesday and bring a few showers.
Some patchy drizzle or light rain will linger on Thursday, especially in the mountains. Another small system will clip us on Friday and bring a quick chance for showers, especially early in the day. The rain chance will diminish by Friday evening.
I've posted the computer projection for rain totals through Friday evening. Coastal and inland areas should only see around 0.25" of rainfall, but isolated areas in the mountains will see 1" to 1.5".
