NEXT RAIN CHANCE SAN DIEGO: UPDATED MONDAY 1-18-2016

A fast-moving storm system will pass the area on Tuesday. The brunt of the storm will be well north of San Diego. Regardless, we will have a chance for a few light showers or patchy drizzle tomorrow evening and tomorrow night (40%). Best chances will be roughly 4 PM Tuesday to 6 AM Wednesday.

Another system will approach the area this Saturday. Right now, this system doesn't look too impressive. We will see an increase in clouds, but the chances for rain are looking slim. I'll keep watching it and bring more updates.
