A few showers will push eastward this afternoon, then more persistent rain will develop tonight into early Thursday. Sporadic showers will then linger on-and-off through Thursday. The latest computer data shows this system moving a little slower than earlier anticipated, so the rain chances will persist all day Friday as well. A little hail could accompany isolated downpours.
I'm still expecting snow levels to hover around 4,500 to 5,500 feet.
