A fast moving front (seen on the satellite loop below) will pass the area Sunday night into early Monday. Scattered showers will be possible, though the heaviest rain will miss us to the north. The chance for rain will diminish by late afternoon. High temperatures will drop into the 60s.
Latest computer data is hinting at a more potent system by next weekend (indicated by the blue on the second map). This could possibly bring more widespread rain to Southern California. I'll keep an eye on it and bring more updates in the coming days.
