NEXT RAIN CHANCE SAN DIEGO: UPDATED FRIDAY 2-23-2018

The rain chance has now diminished across the area and the weekend will remain dry and cool. Tonight's low temperatures will dip into the upper 30s inland and low 40s along the coast.

A storm system is currently moving past the Alaskan coastline. This system will head our way for the start of next workweek. We should see showers moving into the region by Monday evening and night. Showers and isolated bursts of rain will be possible through the day on Tuesday. You might even hear a random rumble of thunder.

Snow levels will dip to 3,000-4,000 feet, so local mountains will see some accumulations. Be sure to check out the National Weather Service for the latest winter weather advisories.
