A small storm system is migrating southward along the California coast (seen on the satellite loop below). Clouds will stream into our skies tomorrow ahead of this system. A few isolated showers could pop up Friday, especially late in the day (30%). The rain chance diminishes by early Saturday morning.
I'm watching another system that could bring some showers Monday into Tuesday of next week.
Both storms are lacking moisture, so rain totals will be limited in Southern California. Also, snow levels will be high, so I'm not expecting snow in local mountains of San Diego County.
