A storm system is right off the coast of California (seen in the satellite loop below). It's weak and cut off from the main flow of the upper atmosphere. It will continue to bring clouds into our area for the rest of the weekend, with a few peeks of sunshine.
Another system will dive southward and pull that storm our way on Monday and Tuesday. A few showers will be possible, though it won't amount to much rainfall. I've posted the projections below. Snow levels will stay above 6,000 feet, so I'm not expecting snow in our local mountains.
Another system will move in for next weekend and bring us another chance for rain. This one will be colder, though I'm skeptical about how cold. Most storms have been relatively warm this rain season. I'll keep watching and bring updates as the data becomes more consistent.
