NEXT RAIN CHANCE SAN DIEGO: UPDATED FRIDAY 10-14-2022

A storm system continues to churn off our coast, bringing clouds to our area this morning. You can see it spinning in the satellite loop below. The core of this system is finally going to drift overhead and bring us some more rain to the area.

Drizzle and isolated light showers are possible through today, though most of the day looks dry. Then intermittent showers will be possible Friday night and through the day on Saturday. An isolated thunderstorm or quick downpour will also be possible, especially in the mountains. This won't be a major rain event, but we'll take whatever we can get!

Rain chances will diminish by Sunday morning. I've posted the computer projected rain totals below.
