WEATHER UPDATE: THURSDAY 3-26-2020

Isolated showers will move through the area this morning, then scattered showers will develop this afternoon and evening as the core of this system moves past our area. Showers will dwindle by early Friday morning.

Snow levels will drop to 4,000 feet, so local mountains will receive snow. I've posted projected snow totals below, which shows the highest mountains in San Diego County receiving a few inches of snow (1-4"), while taller peaks to the north in San Bernardino could receive more (3-8").

You can find the latest winter weather advisories at the San Diego National Weather Service:

You can check for road conditions at the Caltrans website:

Most of the weekend looks dry, though there is a slight chance for isolated showers on Sunday (40%) as a weak system passes our area.
