A weak storm system is drifting southwestward off the coast of Northern California. It will pass our area late Sunday and bring a slight chance for a shower or two Sunday evening into Sunday night (40%). Snow levels will be above 6,000 feet.
Afterwards, we are heading into an extended period of dry and mild weather. Temperatures will gradually warm into next weekend, where highs could climb into the upper 70s possibly low 80s. This pattern will persist through the first week of April.
Long range computer forecasts are hinting at a shift in the weather pattern by the second week in April. We could see rain return during this time period. I'll keep an eye on it and bring more updates.
