The turbulent weather pattern will continue. A couple weak storm systems to our north will bring rain to parts of Central and Northern California Wednesday and Thursday. San Diego County could see a stray shower on Thursday, but the chances are looking very slim (~20%).
A better chance for rain arrives with another system on Saturday. Long range computer forecasts have been very consistent with this scenario, so I'm putting rain chances at 80%. Periods of light to moderate rain will be possible through Saturday. Most of the rain should taper Sunday, though an isolated shower can't be ruled out. Snow levels will be high with this event, so local mountains shouldn't receive snow.
I'll bring more updates if I see any changes with this scenario.
