NEXT RAIN CHANCE SAN DIEGO: UPDATED SUNDAY 10-12-2025

A storm system is currently drifting southbound along the coastline of the Pacific Northwest. This storm will bring a chance for rain early this week.

Isolated showers are possible Monday night into Tuesday morning. Then scattered showers are possible Tuesday late morning into Tuesday evening. Showers will exit by Tuesday night.

Most areas will see around a quarter inch of rain, with some areas in the mountains approaching 0.5 to 1". I've posted the rain projections through Wednesday morning.

The Sierra's will see significant snow. I've also included the snow projections through Wednesday morning.
